No: A urinalysis does not test for thyroid or liver disease. It also does not test for kidney function completely. It gives some indication of infection, hydration and how much protein is in the urine which is an indirect measurement of kidney function at one point in time. Other tests need to be done to look for problems in the areas you asked about.
