Infection: You have not given enough information. Pus draining from the toes means significant infection. If you are diabetic or have compromised circulation in the feet, that can be extremely serious and threaten the limb involved. Please see your pcp or a podiatrist urgently.

Infection: Is what you have. You need to see a doctor (podiatrist) who will place you on an antiobiotic and make sure your infection is drained adequately. You likely need x-rays as well. Do not play around....

Toe pus: This sounds like an ingrown toenail, needs antibiotics and/or may need a doctor to evaluate for further procedure if needed.
