To Dr. to get checke: You need to see your dr. As you may have a failure of treatment. There are now organisms that are resistant to all but one antibiotic treatment. You also may have a yeast infection resulting from use of antibiotics but either way you need to see the dr. To be checked.

Thick discharge could be due to a yeast infection, which might occur as a side effect of antibiotics for gonorrhea, especially if you're also having genital irritation or itching.
