Stimulant.: Contrary to what is on the label and marketing - dmaa is not a natural product and is not found in germaniums. It's been linked to deaths of us servicemen who had had heart attacks during training exercises after taking them. Side effects are same for other stimulants - palpitations, heart racing, elevated blood pressure. Avoid using supplements with dmaa!
