Autoimmune hepatitis: Having no other information and though other possibilities exist, please discuss this one with your doctor also. Autoimmune hepatitis is caused by the same process which causes addison's disease and thyroiditis in this case. It has nothing to do with infection or alcoholism. Bilirubin may or may not be elevated.

ADDISON , THYROID: Are you seeing an endocrinologist? Your medical problems should be handled by specialist. Addison's disease coexist with hypothyroidism in polyglandular deficiency syndrome. You have to be watched not to have adrenal crisis with cardiovascular collapse. All of these will be explained by your md. Good luck!
