You would not likely know of any side effect on your red blood cells, and your blood tests for your red blood cells are likely to be normal.

Variety of ways: Because they are not filtered by the spleen they will have different looks to them under the microscope- and it is one of those things that those of us who like looking under the microscope enjoy -- . It does not affect your cells in a functional way.
