I'm Overheating!: Sometimes when we wear socks and shoes, we occlude the sweat glands of our feet (over 500, 000 of them). Occluding the sweat glands causes the feet to feel "hot" in shoes. Also, if the shoes are too tight, it can make the same sensation. Wear wicking=type socks and shoes with a breathable canvas or mesh "upper". This should help reduce the symptoms. You can use a daily foot deoderant as well.

Circulation conditio: This is usually caused by an increase in circulation to your feet generating the heat. Things to do to try and keep your feet cool are adding baby powder to your feet, wearing shoes that are not sealed in leather or boots- as these generate heat. Try wearing shoes with more airflow or sandals, and wear wicking socks.
