Probably: As long as your diabetes is in good control, there is no retinal damage from diabetes and the prescription is stable, you should be fine to have lasik. Of course you would still have to meet the other criteria. See a refractive surgeon for a consultation.

Depends: If your diabetes is controlled and your retina is normal, then you can have lasik (as long as you are a candidate otherwise). You should see a lasik surgeon for an evaluation.
