Diet and exercise: 1. Limit time in front of the tv and computer to a minimum. 2. Make sure that a lot of his play time is spent outdoors doing physical activity, either with you or with like-minded friends. 3. Don't offer him a special "kid's menu" filled with starches and deep fried foods. Eat healthy yourself, and feed healthy food to the entire family.
