A member asked:

Can peer pressure ever be good for my child?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on type: Certainly peer pressure to drink alcohol, do drugs, have sex, etc. Has very negative implications for the one being pressured or bullied. However, in other environments peer pressure can help kids stay away from these things and do better in school.
