Can eating red meat increase the risk of diabetes or anything?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes it does: People who eat as little as on serving of red meat a day whether processed or non, have an increased risk of developing diabetes. This was published in a large study from harvard in 2011.The meat implicated was both pork and beef.
