Possibly: Arnica can be useful to help reduce inflammation which is usually present when you have oral pain, however, it is important to find out what is causing the pain first. Arnica only treats inflammation, it does not resolve the problem.

YES and NO: Arnica is a natural anti-inflammatory that can utilized as a pain relieved for oral or jaw pain. But either the pills, that you take orally or the gel that you rub on your face, are still treating the symptoms, not the source. You should consider getting into a dentist and/or TMJ specialist to get a thorough history and exam, so you are more aware of what issues you truly have.
