From the patient's: Own body. For male to female sex reassignment, the vagina is constructed of a skin lined tube or a length of the small bowel or colon. For female to male, the penis is constructed of tissue from the abdomen, arm or leg fashioned to approximate the appearance of a penis.

Male2female? Reverse: It depends on which direction you are going. From male to female most organs are resected but the vaginal lining may come from the prnile shaft or skin grafts/flaps. Breast augmentation usually requires i, plants or fat grafts in addition to hormone supplementation. These females are generally not capable of bearing children and do not have a uterus, from female to male, penile/testic implants use.
