Various causes: From a neurological view, it could be inner ear, inflammation in the brainstem or cerebellum associated with ms, for example, but this could be due to medication rxtns, blood pressure or cardiac issues, anemia, thyroid problems, or even congenital issues. Since this could be associated with vascular or blood sugar issues also, best to start with a history and physical exam with a pcp.
