Same thing: Breast cancer is cancer arising in the breast tissue. The most common tissue is the breast duct.

Location and growth: There are several different types of breast cancers, but generally speaking they are much more common than tissue cancers (sarcomas). Breast cancers can be more susceptible to hormones (estrogen, progesterone) also the treatments for two different types of cancers are quite different.
