Very likely: Will cause an excessive elevation in INR and significant increase in bleeding risk. 30 mg is a very high dose. Check with your doctor asap.

Yes: It could lead to internal bleeding, including bleeding in the brain. If you took that much warfarin, go to the hospital immediately.
