What does shoulder pain associated with lung cancer feel like?

See below: Depending on where and how advanced the cancer is, shoulder pain may be due to bone metastases (worse with movement) or due to pleural or phrenic nerve involvement (usually worse with deep breaths). Lung cancer by itself doesn't hurt. Hope this helps.

Constant: If lung cancer invades the chest wall the pain is usually severe and constant. This can still be surgically treated with good results.
