Best formula: I wish you decided to breastfeed your baby. The 2 most common formulas are either cow's milk based (cmb) or soy. Iron-fortified cmb formulas account for 80% formulas sold today. Dha and ara, which are fatty acids believed to promote development baby’s brain and eyes are also added. Whichever formula your baby agrees with is the best formula for him. Stick to one with the longest good history.
