Don't: Adhd patients do not "crash".Only abusers have this unpleasant side effect.

Tips : First, make sure you have an accurate diagnosis and take the right medication at the right dose. Having crash symptoms does not mean you do not have adhd. Some patients may simply need to add an afternoon dose, short acting.
