No one answer: The symptoms of thyroid disease, hypogonadism, adrenal insufficiency, cushing's, hyperparathyroidism, and diabetes are so numerous and often ill-defined that people may be thought to be "just getting old" or emotionally overladen. The lab is critical here, and there is no single test. Glands are mysterious to most people and charlatans talk about diagnosing disease here often, be on your guard.
