Absolutely: And that is a big concern. A stroke could cause that as could a TIA (transient ischemic attack) r a basilar migraine. A headache with associated slurred speech is a red flag and it is best you be seen as soon as possible.The most benign possibility is a hangover, and even then i would suggest an evaluation.
