Unlikely: We perform colposcopies in pregnancy and even in early pregnancy, a colposcopy should not cause a miscarriage unless an endocervical scraping was done aggressively. This would be unusual and not usually done with known pregnancies. So, if not pregnant at the time, the answer is no; and if pregnant at the time, it's unlikely to cause pregnancy loss. I'm sorry for your miscarriage. Take care.
