Drink fluids and see: Just drink clear liquids containing some sugar and electrolytes and if it still does not get better or you start vomiting and can not hold any fluids go to er for IV fluids and blood and stool test main concern is to prevent dehydration, as most of these caused by viruses are self limiting if you have high fever with it or have travel abroad you need to see your doctor.
