Love: The real answer is anything that can be spread in saliva. Kissing is considered oral transmission. A common transmitted microbes would be mono (epstein-barr virus) and herpes virus. There are many many many rare and common microbes that can be transmitted through kissing but usually the body has adequate defenses that can protect itself from this vector.
