Lotsa Protein!!: Bb's will eat multiple times/day 5-6. This controls spikes in sugar & insulin.The main goal is to take in as much protein as is safe for the kidneys in order to repair muscle.Bb's generally eat clean, lean meats & seafood as well as a certain amount of carbs usually in form of pasta or baked potatoes.Another big suppl. Is Amino Acids specif. Branched chain.Diet is a huge part of building muscle.
