Is taking spirulina as well as a daily multivitamin too much?

No problem: Spirulina is to alkalanize the urine, help with reflux and has zero contraindications to a daily multivitamin.

Yes: Spirulina is a feed supplement used in the fish and poultry industries. Too much in humans can cause medical problems. Multivitamins are medically worthless and potentially dangerous, with mineral overdoses. If you have a specific and proven vitamin deficiency, then take that vitamin. Otherwise, save your money for a gym membership. Exercise has a proven medical benefit.
