Benzoyl peroxide : Hot compresses and alcohol pads may help, but pimples go away best by preventing them with appropriate medications, benzoyl peroxide is one that is available overrule counter and is quite effective. Keeping skin clean and keeping hands and hair away from face will also help. If this is ineffective, see your doctor for prescription medication.
