Not really: To be facetious, smoking can lead to weight loss by killing you. For some people smoking acts as a mild appetite suppressant and many people who stop smoking start eating as an oral fixation. Yet, there is probably no worse way to control weight than by smoking. It will hurt your lungs, your skin, and can only lead to bad things like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer.

Not worth it: Although smoking may reduce your weight by a few pounds, you will likely gain more than that back when you stop. You know the risks associated with smoking and how difficult it is to stop. If you are currently smoking, it is time to stop and allow your weight to return to where it was . Smoking will always harm you. Healthy eating and exercise will make you healthy, strong, and fit.
