Is there a way to "cure" deuteranope?

No: Deuteranopes have a subsitution in the Amino Acid sequence of their light receptors which limits the spectrum of color reception so they make confusions along a pattern that "normals" would easily distinguish. No medical or surgical correction is available for this inherited issue.
