Not bad: This is not a problem. You should focus on sun protection (sunscreen, hats, avoiding intense sun exposure), gentle cleanser and moisturizers to maintain your youthful skin over time. You can also add in laser resurfacing or chemical peels to remove any existing sun damage and minimize the effects of aging and sun exposure.
