Stuff inside pores?: White dots (bumps) along the lip margins may be trapped oily sebum material inside pores. If the pore is open, a primary care doctor or dermatologist may be able to remove the material. If the pore is sealed over, the doctor may have to open the top of the bump to get the material out. First, one should get examined to see what the dots really are.

Not sure w/o pic: But should be easy to take care of. Seek a facial plastic surgeon or dermatologist. They could be little inclusion cysts or something similar. They almost certainly do not represent anything serious. Treatment probably will not be difficult. Good luck!
