May need evaluation: Cramps and pains are of many kinds. Some are intestinal. Some are from the bladder or the kidneys. Of course, there are all those muscles in the abdomen too. Brief, temporary intestinal cramps usually self-resolve once all the poop is out. Bladder cramps may be a urine infection. Other disorders occur, too. A doctor's evaluation is a good choice, especially if the pain is not a brief one-timer.
