I never want fluids and in fact i have to make myself drink but i force myself to do it. why is this? is it common?

Habit maybe: While some medical conditions might cause this, i suspect in most usa folks it is a habit born of air conditioning. You get used to being cool and not getting as thirsty. While i can't make specific recommendations, drinking extra fluids is a wise choice for most people. It helps control the appetite, improves kidney function usually/our bodies are chemical reactors that need fluid to function.
