You might : Have an exostosis or bony spur on the top of the midfoot. There is a nerve that runs by the top of the foot and can get impinged or pressed on by a shoe and that bony spur. Hence, you can get pain to the top of the foot and numbness to the toes. Your finger joint pain if you meant your hand and not foot is likely unrelated.

Nerve entrapment: The pain in your hand is unrelated to your foot. The inflammation of the nerve that runs over the top of your foot can cause the numbness sensation. Your hand, can be caused by degenerative arthritis, which would explain the aches and pain of the smaller finger joints. See a podiatrist for the foot issue, an orthopedic hand specialist for the fingers.
