OD on apples!: I certainly have never seen anyone over-dosed on apples, but i suppose anything is possible. Apples are good for general health, but having too many during pregnancy may mean you are not eating what is needed for a healthy pregnancy--including cooked meats/fish, leaffy veggies, daries, and prenatal vitamins etc...So, if you are doing all those, enjoy your apples! congrats and good luck.
