Every time?: Alcohol consumption if a heavy drinker has been known to cause thiamine deficiency which can cause burning. However, i would not expect that to occur immediately after drinking, and only after drinking. Hopefully, there wil be other input here for you.

Intriguing.: Alcohol metabolism causes some deficiency and dehydration in the body. In your case, it is interesting that you get a burning sensation in your feet. Thiamine deficiency is not that rapid - there is a more central nervous system effect going on when you drink a beer. Does it happen with other types of alochol? If so, then a neurologist/allergist/immuologist might be a better follow-up.
