Not well known yet: Green coffee bean extracts have caffeine, which is a stimulant, depending on how much caffeine one takes, and on how sensitive his body is to caffeine. There are other plant chemicals as well. Most likely, green coffee is not well regulated nor well studied, so it may contain uncertain amounts of listed ingredients, plus various amounts of unlisted ingredients. One cannot be sure of its effects.
