Possible Cellulitis: Any insect bite can turn into a bad case of skin infection (cellulitis). Have your foot examined by a physician for you may need an antibiotics.

Yes: You should, i would advise you to go straight to the emergency room. Sounds like you need to be put on antibiotics immediately and be evaluated further.
