Medications: Depends on how extensive it it. If it covers a large portion of your body then ointment/cream would be inconvenient to apply all over. If it is just small amount you could use Ketoconazole 2% cream apply once daily for 14 days. If extensive then see your pcp for oral ketoconazole.
