1 testicle? No: 2? Maybe . . . There are some studies suggesting an increase risk of heart disease in those with hypogonadism, whether natural or as a result of chemotherapy, radiation or surgery. Purposefully lowering testosterone levels to treat prostate cancer is linked to increase risk of heart disease. But all these additional risks can be mitigated by monitoring & management via lifestyle & medications.
