Not good!: Stage IV isn't good. I suspect that you're short of breath w/any activity, possibly even at rest, given your numbers. I hope you've already quit smoking. Are you taking your medications/inhalers as directed? Inhaled corticosteroid? Long acting beta agonist? Anticholinergic? Maybe even pde4 inhibitor? Vaccinations up-to-date? Pulmonary rehab & supplementary oxygen might be helpful, too.

COPD: Per spirometry findings you have severe copd. You may be having shortness of breath on minimum exertion. See your pulmonologist and take due precautions.
