Uterine cramping: If the pain feels like cramping, or even sharp, and is located in the lower mid portion of the pelvis, it is probably cramping of the uterus that is caused by/triggered by the orgasm. They shouldn't become an ongoing problem. Safe to observe the pain for now, unless it worsens. Any fever >100.4 may indicate an infection.
