How i can differentiate genital folliculitis from genital herpes?

Clear fluid: Folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicle and there will be small pustules or redness around the hair follicles. Herpes is not just around the hair follicles and usually is a small blister filled with clear fluid and a surrounding red base.

Agree with Dr. H: If you are unable to differentiate, it would be prudent to see your doctor. The treatments for the two entities are very different. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine
