Asymptomatic to : Cancer. Hpv infection is almost always asymptomatic and better than 80% of people are able to eliminate the infection. In a small number it may lead to mouth cancer. For more information go to this site: http://www.Cdc.Gov/hpv/whatishpv.Html.

HPV: Hpv (human papilloma virus) causes warts inside the mouth and in the genital organs, affects both males and females and causes increased risk of cancer in the mouth, cervix, and rectal and anal regions. Oral lesions are white and painless. Treatment is excisional biopsy. Prevention by hpv vaccine (3 doses in 6mo) for males and females preferably before engaging in sexual intercourse and oral sex.
