Yes: The vaccine is safe for women of all ages. It protects against human papilloma virus (hpv). It is most effective if given before any sexual activity. Monogamous couples don't really get any benefit from the vaccine because there is no risk of exposure to a new hpv. Most insurance companies only cover the vaccine up to age 26.
