Herpes: Herpes is a cheonic infection with recurring episodes. If this lesion is new, you need to be evaluated by a physician to determine whether it is herpes or another std. Visit your local community health center/clinic for diagnosis and management if no insurance. Very important you are tested for other stds like hiv.
