See a doctor soon: There is no one condition that involves all these things. If you have new onset of vulvar warts see a obg this week, and probably avoid sexual contacts until cleared by md. The internet will only delay getting the answers you need, see a doctor in person.

Agree with Dr. H: It appears that you may have more than one type of infection in your genitals. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.
