Chest abdominal pain: Heart burn many things to different people. Usually it refers to reflux or gastritis. Symptoms include pain or burning, belching, water brash (small amounts of vomit), and nausea. These symptoms can be worse after laying down or at night and are made worse with certain foods. It is difficult to distinguish from pain caused by other conditions including heart pain and worth seeing your doctor.

Sure its heartburn?: The possibilities are numerous--ranging from acid reflux (i.e., heartburn) or a peptic ulcer to pancreatic/biliary disease, heart issue, even stress. Alarm signs include weight loss, bleeding, recurrent vomiting, tenderness, chest pain. Simple heartburn should respond to an over-the-counter acid blocker & diet manipulation (see earlier healthtap answers on gerd). Don't ignore persistent symptoms.
