Varies widely.: An enlarged prostate (BPH) may have no 'effects' or symptoms. Usually, BPH presents with urinary complaints: hesitancy, weak stream, increased urinary frequency & voiding at night, and sensation of incomplete voiding. With greater obstruction, there can be urine infections and incontinence. If you are experiencing these symptoms, see a urologist.
