Usually not.: Testicular torsion created an interruption in blood supply that is characterized by extreme pain. Even temporary or intermittent torsion elicits this pain. There are situations where it is possible that the pain cannot be sensed (such as in nerve/spinal injury) or that intermittent torsion and bouts of testicular ischemia are perceived as a different kind of pain (abdominal pain).

None...: I have never heard such painless testicular torsion in my 45-yr study and practice in urology. So, i assumed no such thing of painless testicular torsion.
